Health Screening

Age- and risk-appropriate screening for adults — blood tests, blood pressure, BMI and lifestyle review — with results explained in person and a follow-up plan for anything found.

What We Cover

Basic screening

Blood pressure, body-mass index, fasting glucose or HbA1c and a lipid panel — the core checks recommended for adults under national screening guidelines.

Extended panels

Kidney and liver function, full blood count, thyroid function, uric acid and urine analysis, selected according to your age, history and risk factors.

Screening for specific risks

Hepatitis B, HIV and sexual health screening, vitamin D and B12 levels and other tests where your history makes them relevant.

Pre-employment and insurance medicals

Examinations and reports completed to the format required by the employer or insurer, including any specified tests.

Results and follow-up

Every result is reviewed with you. Abnormal findings lead to a clear plan — repeat testing, treatment, or referral — rather than a report left to interpret alone.

Common Questions About Health Screening

Blood pressure, body-mass index, fasting glucose or HbA1c and a lipid panel, which are the core checks recommended for adults under national screening guidelines. Extended panels are added according to your age, history and risk factors.

For a fasting glucose or a full lipid panel, an overnight fast of eight to ten hours is usually required. Water is fine. Tell the clinic when booking and you will be advised what applies to the tests you are having.

Every result is reviewed with you rather than sent as a report to interpret alone. Abnormal findings lead to a clear plan, whether that is repeat testing, treatment or referral.
